In Baden-Baden we manufacture our own construction-site hardware: helmet cameras, webcams, weather stations. You assemble them, test them, and get them ready for shipping.
What is this role about?
Open Experience develops software for the construction phase — and builds the matching hardware itself. Our production facility in Baden-Baden is where the DIGIBAU 360 360° helmet camera, construction webcams, and weather stations are made. As a production employee, you assemble and package these mechatronic devices, inspect them visually and electrically, prepare them for shipping, and document your work steps in the ERP system. The position is permanent, full-time, and available immediately; career changers are expressly welcome.

- AssemblyAssemble and package mechatronic devices and subassemblies.
- Quality controlVisual and electrical incoming-goods and final inspection.
- ShippingPack devices, label them, and prepare them for shipping.
- DocumentationRecord work steps in the ERP system.
- Improving processesContribute ideas to the ongoing optimization of production.
