To use our services, you need a personal account, a so-called Experience-ID. You can create this account for free on the website openexperience.de or over specific services.
Through the Experience-ID you get access to all Open Experience services which have been activated for you. For certain services, the activation takes place automatically or after the signing of a contract and for others you can get access from an administrator.
Please protect your Experience-ID with a strong password and change it regularly. You are responsible for the activities with your Experience-ID and must ensure that no other person knows or can use your password.
Any use of the services of Open Experience GmbH is at your own risk and responsibility. Open Experience GmbH accepts no liability for direct and indirect damage resulting from the use of the service. Any liability for subsequent claims is primarily excluded. The exclusion of liability does not apply if Open Experience GmbH can be proven to have acted with intent or gross negligence.
Open Experience GmbH guarantees that care is taken in the creation of the services and that the recognized rules of technology are observed. Open Experience GmbH attaches great importance to the reliability of the services provided, which can be reached with as few and short interruptions as possible on the Internet. Nevertheless, failures due to maintenance work, line faults, server crashes, etc. cannot be ruled out. Claims for damages against Open Experience GmbH due to failures or malfunctions of the services are only possible if intent or gross negligence can be proven.
Open Experience GmbH is not responsible for content that you as a user publish on the Internet using the services. In particular, Open Experience GmbH is not obliged to check the content for possible legal violations. Should a third party raise claims from you due to possible legal violations resulting from the content of the services, you undertake to indemnify Open Experience GmbH from any liability.
I hereby consent to Open Experience GmbH giving me regular product- and service information via E-Mail. I know that I can revoke my consent at any time free of charge and without giving reasons. My contact details may not be passed on to third parties.
Should one or more provisions of this offer be or become legally ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced as soon as possible by another provision that comes as close as possible to the economic content of the legally ineffective provision. The same applies in the event of a gap in the offer.
