Construction Time is the construction sequence planner from Open Experience. Its bar chart lists the locations of the building one below the other, from the storey down to the individual room, while time runs to the right in days, weeks or months. Each task links a piece of work to a location and a company. Phases, milestones and resources sit in the same plan, and the progress of every task comes from the site.
A task is a piece of work at one location, carried out by one company, with buffer time before and after. You move bars with the mouse and drag them longer or shorter. Templates for task types save typing when the same work repeats from one apartment to the next.
Phases structure the sequence, and milestones mark the dates that have to hold. Each company records its equipment and crews, each task what it needs. Construction Time checks day by day whether the resources are sufficient and flags conflicts. Periods when a company or a location is unavailable appear as a note on the bar. If you like, Construction Time schedules the tasks itself, based on free resources and locations, and can leave out weekends.
Subcontractors report the progress of their task as a percentage, with a photo, in the daily report of Construction Diary. Site management reviews the report and approves or rejects it. In addition, an AI estimates the degree of completion from the latest site photo or a view from the 360° walkthrough. That value is a suggestion, and every entry stays in the task's history with its source and date.

No. Construction Time plans the construction sequence and records the progress of each task. It does not record working hours, attendance or payroll data. Dedicated systems handle that, for example OptiControl from our partner OptiTime (/en/partner/optitime/).
Construction Time plans execution on site: locations, trades, resources and progress. There is currently no import from MS Project and no export to PDF or Excel. If you keep the master schedule in another program, you create the execution tasks in Construction Time.
From three sources: entered by hand in the plan, from subcontractor reports in Construction Diary, and as an AI estimate from site photos. Construction Time stores every value with its source. Site management approves the subcontractors' reports.
