How do I become an Open Experience partner?
Via the contact page: briefly describe your solution and its use case in the construction phase. We will get back to you for an initial technical conversation.
Do the partner solutions cost extra?
Yes — partner solutions are licensed and billed by the partners themselves. Which of them you need and what your OX packages already cover is something we clarify in the demo call.
Can I also get the devices directly from Open Experience?
Our own construction-site hardware (DIGIBAU 360, Construction Webcam, Construction Weather, Construction Drone, Construction Dog) comes from us. Tablets and smartphones for your team are set up by our partner Skalice — preconfigured with the OX applications.
Can I connect OX to my existing software?
For Microsoft environments, the Teams integration and single sign-on are available as add-on options for every package; beyond that, we evaluate interfaces on a per-project basis.
Where is the data of the partner solutions stored?
PAVE by PMG hosts exclusively in Germany; for the other partners, the respective provider contract applies. OX data always remains on German servers.
Where do your products come from?
From our own research projects with universities and institutes: digiBau (helmet camera system), ESKIMO (AI for construction execution), BIM-4-CARE (lifecycle) and the ongoing projects SmartMark and KRITIS3D.
