Precast units, volumetric modules, facade elements and bathroom pods are made under constant conditions and installed later. Open Experience brings both places into one project: the inspection at the element in the hall, and the acceptance after assembly.
Plant inspection and assembly acceptance in the same project
In serial production the same work step repeats across hundreds of components. Open Experience mirrors that repetition: each element gets its own inspection generated from the company template, the result stays attached to the component, and a QR code on site opens the very same record. Because every finding can be evaluated by component type, a fault becomes visible where it originates.

In the plant: inspection at the component
The company inspection template applies to every plant and every branch. From it, each element gets its own inspection, with a photo for every check point, offline on the tablet in the hall.
Before transport: condition on record
Photos per element and date capture the condition in which the component left the plant. Anyone discussing damage later knows when it appeared.
On site: QR code on the element
One scan opens the record of the installed component. Site management sees what has already been checked in the hall and adds the inspection of the connections.
After assembly: evaluation by component type
Lists and statistics filter by component, trade and status. That separates the one-off finding from the one that belongs to a series.

Recurring findings belong back in the plant
A crack in one element is a defect. The same crack across many elements points to the formwork or the work step that produces it. The filter by component type makes that difference visible while the series is still running. The correction then applies to every element that follows.

Frequently asked questions
Can the plant and the site work in the same project?
Yes. Both work in the same project structure, and role-based permissions control what each side sees. The plant sees the elements of its order, site management additionally sees the installation location on the plan.
How does an installed element find its inspection again?
Through QR codes. They are generated in the system and can be printed as self-adhesive labels, including via third-party software. The reader is built into every service, and one scan opens the record of the component.
Can we store our own plant inspection lists?
Yes. Company templates keep inspection know-how in one place, apply to all branches and projects, and can be adapted per project. Alongside them you get freely available open-source templates and professional inspection lists from the cooperation with IGB.
Can the component structure be taken from the model?
Yes. The project structure can be imported from the BIM or IFC model. Drawings are available as PDFs, offline as well, and findings are located directly on them.
What does access cost for the plant as a supplier?
Nothing. Contractors process assigned inspection lists and defects free of charge, in the app or in the browser. You pay for your own users only. We publish all prices openly on our pricing page (/en/preise/).
Does the app work in the production hall without a signal?
Yes. The apps detect a weak connection and switch to offline mode automatically, and the data goes out later. That holds in the hall as much as in a basement.
