Careers · Karlsruhe & Baden-Baden
Build the tools that have to hold up on a real construction site.
We develop software for the construction phase in Karlsruhe — and the hardware to go with it in Baden-Baden. If you want your work to end up on construction sites and not in a demo, you're in the right place.
What is it like to work at Open Experience?
Open Experience is an owner-managed software company with over 15 years of market presence: development, support, and research are based in Karlsruhe, and production of our own construction site hardware in Baden-Baden. Work is flexible, with around 50% remote work and in German or English — the teams are small, communication paths are short, and product decisions come from project conversations rather than roadmap workshops. Every open position has its own page with the full description; to apply, a resume by email to info@openexperience.de is all it takes.
