Can I also get the devices directly from Open Experience?
Our own construction-site hardware (DIGIBAU 360, Construction Webcam, Construction Weather, Construction Drone, Construction Dog) comes from us. Tablets and smartphones for your team are set up by our partner Skalice — preconfigured with the OX applications.
Do I have to buy the devices?
No. Skalice provides the devices on a rental model, including accessories, insurance and replacement. The partner states the terms.
Can I keep using my existing devices?
Yes. The OX applications run on common tablets and smartphones. The route via Skalice pays off above all when a whole team needs to be equipped quickly and uniformly.
Who helps when a device fails on site?
Skalice is the contact for the devices, our support team for the applications. Both sides are coordinated so that you never have to mediate between two hotlines.
